  • Serve a K-5 Title I population of 480 that includes students from over 26 countries in a driven, detail oriented, and culturally aware manner on a fixed/flex schedule.
  • Completed rigorous requirements in first year of eligibility to achieve National Board Certification in Early Childhood through Young Adulthood/Library Media and successfully mentored a National Board candidate.
  • Teach and assess information literacy and digital citizenship and foster a love of reading.

  • Wrote and awarded grants to purchase audiobooks and host Grace Lin author visit.
  • Served on Library Automation Committee to evaluate and select new automation software.
  • Develop and maintain an annual library budget of over $10,000.
